FarBridge, Inc. has announced the launch of SARCOPH, an atmospheric indie horror title, now available on Android and Windows. The publisher has teamed up with the devs David Turkiewicz and Colin Joyce to bring the eerie experience to new platforms. Originally released on iOS in 2013, the game received a major overhaul in 2019.
Survive a deadly encounter in an abandoned city
In SARCOPH, you play as a scavenger exploring the remains of a deserted industrial city. The story takes place 25 years after a massive crater appeared near Sarcoph, forcing authorities to evacuate the area following a supposed industrial accident that released toxic fog and killed most of its residents.
Your mission begins after you receive a tip about gold treasures left behind in an abandoned residential block, but getting your hands on them won’t be easy. As you explore a hidden floor inside a deserted building, you must recover five idols and bring them back to the elevator.
The problem is that a creature known as the Occupant is guarding them and won’t let you leave without a fight. You’ll need to hide, make smart use of your available tools, and stay alert if you want to escape alive. Developed by David Turkiewicz and Colin Joyce, SARCOPH has built a following among horror fans and content creators, with its creepy atmosphere and monster encounters forming the core of the experience.
SARCOPH is now available on Android and Windows. You can download it via the Google Play Store, and iOS users can get it via the App Store. Meanwhile, you can also check out our upcoming mobile games list.
