Third-Person Survival Shooter ANOMALITH Details Gameplay in Latest Trailer

FuRyu and developer Winning Entertainment Group have posted a new trailer for their upcoming third-person survival shooter ANOMALITH.

This system trailer takes time to explain the title’s gameplay mechanics, along with its emphasis on exploration, player choice, and character growth.

Set in an alternate version of Japan in the year “19**,” the title follows investigator Reona Minazuki as spatial distortions known as Otherworlds begin to appear across the country. After awakening from a 10-year sleep inside an anomaly called the Sarcophagus, Reona gains the ability to sense and interact with these warped zones.

The gameplay comprises survival-focused resource management, third-person shooting, and melee combat. The setting draws on liminal horror and anomaly-focused internet horror aesthetics.

The Demi-Humanization System allows Reona to acquire passive and active abilities from anomalies encountered throughout the story. Players can equip various weapons, attachments, artifacts, and outfit pieces, with more than 300 cosmetic items available across nine categories of equipment.

Outside missions, the home base houses supporting characters, unlocks upgrades, and provides access to over 200 lore entries.

ANOMALITH will be released on October 29, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam. A free demo is also live on Steam.
